༄ Experienced practitioner and teacher.
A practitioner with 20 years of experience studying traditional systems of yoga and meditation. For more than 15 years, I have been teaching techniques for working with the body, breath, and states of consciousness, based on the system of Tibetan Yoga. My approach is the result of integrating many years of training with masters of the tradition and my own practical experience.
༄ Professional guide and traveler.
Since 2005, I have been traveling the world. I have visited and explored more than 20 countries.
Since 2009, my path has been deeply connected with the sacred lands of India, Nepal, and Tibet—places of power where the space still breathes with ancient traditions. I return there again and again, discovering hidden trails, monasteries, caves, and practice sites inaccessible to the ordinary eye.
I organize expeditions and pilgrimages throughout the Himalayas.
While guiding people along sacred routes, I share profound knowledge, personal experience, and a subtle understanding of the spiritual traditions of the Himalayas. This is not tourism—it is an initiatory journey.
༄ Manual bodywork practice.
I help people restore their health and return the body to its natural state through the practice of manual bodywork.
In working with the body, I facilitate the opening of energy channels, the release of tension and blockages, and the awakening of the free flow of prana and vital energy.
During a session, something occurs that is difficult to achieve through willpower alone: the habitual inner control that has held tension and suppressed emotions for years begins to soften. At this moment, the body’s natural mechanisms of self-regulation and recovery are activated.
The body is given the opportunity to remember its healthy state. An impulse arises that helps the organism retune itself to its natural condition, in which energy flows freely through the channels.
༄ Professional freediver.
Freediving is my hobby and passion.
This sport has become another gateway into depth for me. The art of freediving helped me understand profound states of breath-holding and the importance of pranayama. It is thanks to this sport that today I teach my own breathing and prana practices, combining ancient knowledge with direct experience.
I am a certified instructor in the international AIDA system.
